Silence is a skill that allows a unit to remove one or more skills on another unit.
Available on a very limited amount of cards, Silence leads to reduce the danger to a mere unit equipped with HP and ATK, and allows to bypass Block, Flight, Mental Shield and other defensive skills. As such, it's a powerful skill that awards a big amount of board control.
However, it also removes most detrimental effects.
Silenced units will see their skills flagged with a red band and the icons removed from the toon (to clearly show they are not active anymore). Their stats will also be reset to base values.
However, such units can still acquire new skills and stat increases after the Silence, which can be removed again with a further instance of Silence.
Only notable exceptions are:
- cards with Immunity skill are completely unaffected by this
- units with Flying skill can be affected only if the unit with Silence is a Ranged or uses its skill upon entering the field.
Silence can be classified in terms of One-time Silencers and Continuous Silencers.
